Was having higher than usual water bill so I knew there had to be an issue somewhere. Peachtree Plumbing sent Drew out next day and he was very thorough in his assessment, shared all the solutions options and cost and then had it repaired same day. 5 stars deserved for Peach Plumbing. We had our main issue resolved quickly and then a few preventative items taken care of with good consultation. We worked with Robert who was efficient and professional. We also had the pleasure of working with TJ who also was professional and very kind to answer and explain ALL questions I had. We had an urgent plumbing issue in our server room, and Peach Plumbing came through for us in a big way. Our plumber, Eric, was fantastic—he quickly diagnosed the problem, was efficient in his work, and extremely personable throughout the process. In what could have been a stressful situation, Eric’s calm and professional demeanor made all the difference. The pricing was also very reasonable. While we hope we don’t need plumbing services again anytime soon, it would be a pleasure to work with Eric and the Peach Plumbing team in the future. Highly recommended!
