Had a great experience with Drew and Carlos this week. We had a sudden leak that turned into a bigger problem than we expected but they explained everything in great detail and made sure we understood our options. They were friendly, thorough but quick, and cleaned up well when the job was done. Highly recommend both of them!

Absolutely great experience. TJ assisted me with an issue I had with my older home. He was professional, courteous, and took time to educate me on the issue and his solution. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue in the same afternoon. I also want to give a shoutout to the service manager Chris and the staff in office for being so nice on the phone and flexible to accommodate my needs. Next time I’m in need of plumbing services, I’ll be calling Peach Plumbing and requesting TJ again.

This was our SECOND main line that we’ve had replaced with Peach Plumbing (two different houses). We called them back because we were so impressed happy the first time. They were our first call after purchasing the new house- got us in in a matter of days, took care of upgrading our supply lines throughout the house and could not have been nicer. Jordan, Robert and Chris helped us and were extremely helpful at every step. It’s not a fun repair but it needs to be done right and I’m so happy to have found the right people for the job.

Carlos was fantastic! Removed an unused sink from the laundry room and called Peach Plumbing and Drain to cap off the drain line and eliminate the water lines on the floor. Expected a couple days turnaround, but Carlos was at the house within a few hours and got the job done within a couple hours, even with a couple issues. Definitely calling them for future plumbing needs.

I had pluming issues at the house. Being a first time homeowner, I was unsure of which company to go with. I and decided to try Peach Plumbing and it was the Best decision I could’ve made. Chris worked the service center while Drew was my onsite specialist. I had a major plumbing issue on a 100 year old house where when it rained sewer water was coming back up through the pipes. Drew was able to fix a portion of some old terracotta pipe and get to the root of the issue. I felt Drew was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. They also gave me plenty of options on what to do, and I felt they were very transparent and tried to save me on cost. It was pricey, and I still have to do more to get the problem fixed, but at least I have a game plan. They also have very high tech and nice equipment.

We are so thankful for Peach Plumbing & Drain for always addressing our plumbing issues! Our church utilizes their services whenever we have an issue, and they are always incredibly quick to respond, offer same day services, and get everything fixed as quickly and affordably as possible. This past week, we needed someone quickly and our plumber, TJ, was amazing at addressing the concerns and helping us improve our current plumbing in one of our main kitchens. Their customer service is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

I called Peach Plumbing after a couple of other quotes. Drew was a SUPERSTAR. He was the first person to go into our basement to check on everything- a couple of other companies gave us quotes that were higher for less work and we were told they were going to have to come back another day leaving us without water. We found a couple of other issues and ended up even getting a water filter installed! He went above and beyond and explained everything. Did everything SAME DAY. Never once did we feel upsold even though we were upsold in the best way possible! Our water heater wasn't up to code/safe and with a new baby coming he made sure to bring it up to code so everything in our basement was safe. Thank you Drew and thank you Peach Plumbing! TJ and Greg from Peach Plumbing and Drain did a great job with our water heater replacement. We were able to go over all the options to address the replacement and the estimate was more than fair, and they stuck to it. They were on time, friendly, courteous and very professional, as were their home office staff. We identified some additional unrelated problems as they were working and they were able to take care of those on the same visit. They even provided good tips on addressing a few additional issues that I can DIY. I’d gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors. I hope I don’t need additional plumbing work but if I do I will call them.

I highly recommend Peach Plumbing and Drain! They quickly dispatched Eric to investigate our plumbing issues - he was thorough and efficient in identifying the issue with our sewer ejector pump (ruling out an electrical issue with the breaker), installing a new one, and then confirming that everything was in good working condition. He also replaced a broken garbage disposal and jetted our sewer line. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

I’ve lived in Atlanta for over 15 years, mostly in the Virginia Highlands area, and have worked with more plumbers than I can count. Peach Plumbing is hands-down the best I’ve ever found. They’ve helped me with everything—from fixing a botched shower drain installation from a previous renovation to routine maintenance and smart upgrades like installing a tankless water heater. Their work is top-notch, and their ideas have saved me time, money, and future headaches. The business is run by Robert Barnes, who will personally show up if the situation is urgent, and Chris Seufert (AKA “KOST”), another fantastic team lead. Honestly, every single person I’ve dealt with—from the schedulers to the techs to the managers—has been professional, friendly, and incredibly honest. On more than one occasion, they’ve actually charged me less than the original quote because the job turned out to be simpler than expected. That kind of integrity is rare. They’re also very reasonably priced and offer discounts on multi-service visits, which is just another example of how much they value their customers. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this company—they’ve earned my loyalty for life.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Peach Plumbing & Drain. Our 100-year old cast iron drain pipes broke, and we had sewage leaking into our basement. Chris did a great job coordinating with Eric (the technician). We replaced Rheem Hybrid water heater with Rennai Tankless water heater. Billy and Drew removed the old unit and installed the new unit. Both of them were extremely professional, have excellent knowledge, and meticulous throughout the installation process. Explained how to use the mobile app for the new unit and cleaned up the work area after completion of work. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to install a new water heater. I can’t thank TJ and Peach Plumbing & Drain enough for their incredible service during a stressful situation. A major water line burst at the home I was sitting and they promptly responded. Chris called and let me know exactly when and who would be coming out and what to expect to happen. TJ quickly assessed the damage, explained the situation in simple terms, spoke to the homeowner and got the ball rolling. He came fully prepared with tools, coordinated getting the utilities marked, and the boring equipment & crew arranged and onsite, and answered all my questions. He completed hooking up the pipe, and viola, I have running water again! And an undisturbed front yard! Billy and the team did an amazing job (1) responding immediately to the call, (2) diagnosing the situation, (3) breaking down the options for me to proceed with, and (4) getting the work done same day and without interruption. Easy appointment process online over the weekend prompted a friendly call from Chris Monday morning to ensure they had all the info they needed for the service. Robert and Tyrone arrived on time and were extremely professional, described the process clearly, and answered my questions directly. They reported their diagnosis back to Chris who called to give me various options on pricing. Work started immediately. Tyrone was so courteous, kept the work area clean, and even warned me when things were going to get loud. He was quite thorough and happy to answer any questions. The staff with Peach Plumbing and Drain were kind, thorough, effective, and fair in price as they assisted me with PRV and outside hose bib replacements for my home. Each team member I spoke with truly shined in their respective specialty area. Amber was responsive and kind with booking, Chris was a pleasure talking to and very informative with sales and pricing, and both TJ and Eric were exceptional throughout the home inspection (which was totally free) and resolution process from top to bottom. Eric responded to an emergency we had at a community. Eric did a fantastic job in communicating issues as they arose. He took videos, walked me through all the proposed work and how long it would take. He was thorough, well versed in all the detail of the jobs being performed and followed up with me. He really did a great job and I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work you need doing.

April 2025: Another great job and another shout out to Peach Plumbing and Drain. This time James put in a brand new hot water heater and a new toilet. Like I said before, I won’t use anybody else! December 2024: I recently had an issue with my jetted tub that caused a downstairs leak. I immediately went through water mitigation, but finding a plumbing company that services jetted tubs proved to be a difficult task. I finally found Peach Plumbing and Drain and I am so grateful. I received stellar service from the very first call to Chris in the office to the excellent on-site service provided immediately after by TJ. TJ was very knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, answered my questions, gave me my options, and provided very reasonable estimates for each of those options. I chose the right option for me, and TJ began completing the repairs! Some of the parts had to be ordered, but this was done in a timely manner and in coordination with other repairs being completed from the water damage. Peach Plumbing and Drain remained in close contact with me throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Peach Plumbing and Drain is my go to plumber. I won’t be using anybody else!
