I highly recommend Peach Plumbing and Drain! They quickly dispatched Eric to investigate our plumbing issues - he was thorough and efficient in identifying the issue with our sewer ejector pump (ruling out an electrical issue with the breaker), installing a new one, and then confirming that everything was in good working condition. He also replaced a broken garbage disposal and jetted our sewer line. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

I’ve lived in Atlanta for over 15 years, mostly in the Virginia Highlands area, and have worked with more plumbers than I can count. Peach Plumbing is hands-down the best I’ve ever found. They’ve helped me with everything—from fixing a botched shower drain installation from a previous renovation to routine maintenance and smart upgrades like installing a tankless water heater. Their work is top-notch, and their ideas have saved me time, money, and future headaches. The business is run by Robert Barnes, who will personally show up if the situation is urgent, and Chris Seufert (AKA “KOST”), another fantastic team lead. Honestly, every single person I’ve dealt with—from the schedulers to the techs to the managers—has been professional, friendly, and incredibly honest. On more than one occasion, they’ve actually charged me less than the original quote because the job turned out to be simpler than expected. That kind of integrity is rare. They’re also very reasonably priced and offer discounts on multi-service visits, which is just another example of how much they value their customers. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this company—they’ve earned my loyalty for life.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Peach Plumbing & Drain. Our 100-year old cast iron drain pipes broke, and we had sewage leaking into our basement. Chris did a great job coordinating with Eric (the technician). Chris was incredibly responsive, while Eric was very polite, on-time, knowledgeable and worked very quickly, ultimately finishing the job ahead of schedule. We replaced Rheem Hybrid water heater with Rennai Tankless water heater. Billy and Drew removed the old unit and installed the new unit. Both of them were extremely professional, have excellent knowledge, and meticulous throughout the installation process. Explained how to use the mobile app for the new unit and cleaned up the work area after completion of work. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to install a new water heater. We really appreciate their dedication and focus. Great job!

I can’t thank TJ and Peach Plumbing & Drain enough for their incredible service during a stressful situation. A major water line burst at the home I was sitting and they promptly responded. Chris called and let me know exactly when and who would be coming out and what to expect to happen. TJ quickly assessed the damage, explained the situation in simple terms, spoke to the homeowner and got the ball rolling. He came fully prepared with tools, coordinated getting the utilities marked, and the boring equipment & crew arranged and onsite, and answered all my questions. He completed hooking up the pipe, and viola, I have running water again! And an undisturbed front yard! He was calm under pressure, fully engaged, kind to the dog, and clearly knew and liked what he does. TJ, Chris and PPD were professional, courteous, and transparent. I highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

Easy appointment process online over the weekend prompted a friendly call from Chris Monday morning to ensure they had all the info they needed for the service. Robert and Tyrone arrived on time and were extremely professional, described the process clearly, and answered my questions directly. Eric responded to an emergency we had at a community. Eric did a fantastic job in communicating issues as they arose. He took videos, walked me through all the proposed work and how long it would take. He was thorough, well versed in all the detail of the jobs being performed and followed up with me. April 2025: Another great job and another shout out to Peach Plumbing and Drain. This time James put in a brand new hot water heater and a new toilet. Like I said before, I won’t use anybody else! December 2024: I recently had an issue with my jetted tub that caused a downstairs leak. I immediately went through water mitigation, but finding a plumbing company that services jetted tubs proved to be a difficult task. I finally found Peach Plumbing and Drain and I am so grateful. I received stellar service from the very first call to Chris in the office to the excellent on-site service provided immediately after by TJ. TJ was very knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, answered my questions, gave me my options, and provided very reasonable estimates for each of those options. I chose the right option for me, and TJ began completing the repairs! Some of the parts had to be ordered, but this was done in a timely manner and in coordination with other repairs being completed from the water damage. Peach Plumbing and Drain remained in close contact with me throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Peach Plumbing and Drain is my go to plumber. TJ was great. Very professional. Installed a whole house filtration system, automatic flow smart valve, and some routine maintenance. Had a little trouble getting the flow valve to sync with the app at the end of the day, but came back first thing the next morning to get it right. Would use Peach again without hesitation.

Had a very odd hot water issue that TJ was able to diagnose and fix for me after another company had given me an expensive answer that just didn't seem right to me and ultimately would not have fixed the problem. Peach Plumbing & Drain was responsive, kind and efficient. TJ, my plumber, took ample time to figure out a solution to our broken shower. Even though the part required was no longer in circulation, he found a replacement and had us and up and running quickly. My neighbor and good friend was having a plumbing issue at the same time: their basement was flooding. TJ took the time to help them out, which I greatly appreciated. Peach Plumbing & Drain was responsive, kind and efficient. TJ, my plumber, took ample time to figure out a solution to our broken shower. Even though the part required was no longer in circulation, he found a replacement and had us and up and running quickly. My neighbor and good friend was having a plumbing issue at the same time: their basement was flooding. TJ took the time to help them out, which I greatly appreciated. Chris, our scheduler, kept us apprised of all the details during the process to ensure we were in good hands. Highly recommend Peach Pluming & Drain for all of your plumbing needs.

Called Peach Plumbing & Drain for a basement extraction pump failure. Not fun. But Peach had a technician to the house within an hour. Had a sump pump back up and called Peach. Drew and Jay Jay were on site at 8:30 a.m.and worked until that problem was resloved and done RIGHT worked till past 7:30 p.m. While on site I had them look at some home inspection issues on a hot water heater and they pointed out a flaw the buyers inspector completely missed. They took care of everything. No upfront service call and was extremely happy with quote, work preformed , and interaction with them thru any questions and problem resolution. TJ was our technician and did a great job!! We had two toilets replaced and two bidet seats installed along with the pressure gauge changed. He checked our water pressure and it was over 90 psi (should be 50-60) which was remedied with the new gauge. The toilet install was totally painless and quick. Everything was done in about 3 hours. Chris the manager was super nice and easy to talk to. TJ was super sweet, very understanding of our noisy dog, clean, and professional. I highly recommend this company! Wanted to update my review after having Peach plumbing come out again, this time to replace a kitchen faucet and flush our water heater. This time I worked with who Drew was also extremely professional, very kind and efficient. He even brought in a package for me! The new faucet was put in flawlessly. Again, I highly recommend using this company!

Peach Plumbing was called to give us an estimate for replacement of our hot water heater. We spoke to Chris who set up the appointment for the next day. The following day Kevin arrived to inspect & give us an estimate. The first thing noted was his timeliness (11:00 am, he was on time). He came prepared with "booties" to cover his shoes so as not to bring in dirt into our home. (for some reason that must be showing our age because that seems to be a non concern from other business who look at you funny...like...booties...What?). Kevin proceeded to go over everything he was doing & explaining what he noticed as well as what needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable & explained himself where we could fully understand. Kevin then went to his truck & came back with an estimate for the work. Because we were packing to leave town the next morning we frowned upon getting it done that day.....but after talking with Chris (who guaranteed he could get it done) we signed the contract & he got to work. Kevin had installed our new 50 gallon hot water heater the same day. If we had questions he took the time to answer them thoroughly even showing us pictures. Kevin also looked at an issue we had with the bathroom faucet & got a price to repair. After returning from our trip Kevin returned to complete the faucet repair. I'm a stickler for good customer service....their service was OUTSTANDING!!. QUALITY WARRANTED WORK!! Thank you Chris & Kevin I would highly recommend Peach Plumbing.
