Noticed a leaky toilet after a very abnormally high water bill. Not only did someone come out quickly to resolve the issue but they provided me with paperwork that allowed me to get a $300 refund from Atlanta Watershed on my bill.
Billy is a great plumber with many years of experience and knowledge. He is also very polite and explains plumbing issues and solutions in detail. We always get a heads up if the plumber is running late and a follow up call from the manager of the company/ office as well. Glad we found a great plumbing company that serves midtown Atlanta!

Complex detection of 2 leaks in a hot water pressure valve and a toilet were causing $150 per month water bills in our condo. Our plumber Eric Hart from Peach Plumbing and Drain spent as much time as was needed to address this issue, explain the proposed services needed, and perform them. We are confident he fixed the problem and look forward to much lower water bills. Eric Hart defines plumbing excellence, is a very nice and friendly person. Jay Jay is the best professional, transparent, and thoughtful plumber I have ever met and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy plumber. I needed a plumber to fix my parents plumbing issue and he did an fantastic job twice in a row. He ran into an unexpected issue on the last time but handled it like a pro then stayed an extra hour to handle it. Had a burst pipe emergency, and many of the plumbers in the area couldn't get out to the house the same day, but Peach Plumbing was able to send someone promptly. John, the plumber, was very knowledgable and thorough, and he communicated everything about the repair and his recommendations clearly.

John was courteous and professional. When he came and assessed the job, it turned out to be a lot bigger than at first glance. He went right to work and replaced the flange, plus other things, so now I have a fixed toilet. Very satisfied!
